My Penguin 1.1

I am typing this from thr iPad, as it is much easier to share the photos with you than to email them to the computer :)
My Penguin 1.1 is awesome! For a start, I wouldn't be a Snow Ninja and have ALL the items without the iPad. But there was one time when I was stuck with Tusk on my own :(
The amount of sushi I have been getting is crazy! I've already got 20 pieces saved up, and that's not like me. What's best is the amount of coins I have now! I just played the sea levels of Puffle Rescue, got to level 38 and got 70,000 coins in about 10 or 15 minutes! Take a look...
I've already got 570,000 coins and I heard that you can only reach the maximum of 1 million! Oops :) In fact, I didn't even have to go online to do my clothes shopping - it was all in the catalog for me, as well as some exclusive items...
I'm still tryIng to master all the levels of Pufflescape, and I hope in the 1.2 update that we'll get exclusive furniture and we'll be able to decorate our igloos on the go! How cool would that be? Thanks CP for making this epic new update :)

CJS is coming to iPad

I've missed alot of blog posts while I was away - if you want to check them out, remember to head over to the Official Club Penguin Blog ;)
Penguins,
It's been a massive month for Club Penguin. We released My Penguin on the iPad which over the weekend reached over 1 million downloads!! Thanks for making this such a success!! We also launched the long-awaited Card-Jitsu Snow and its been awesome to see so many of you having fun with it!! The game has been played over 40 million times already and we can see lots of Snow Ninjas walking around the island.
The Card-Jitsu Snow surprises aren't done yet... this Thursday, June 6th, we will have an all-new update to My Penguin that will include the entire Card-Jitsu Snow game. You can use My Penguin to join other Penguins in the game online! Pretty cool, huh?

But that's not all – we will also release the remaining levels of Pufflescape and Puffle Rescue!
So much awesome stuff is happening in Club Penguin right now…and much more to come in this SUMMER OF AWESOME!!!
Until next time….Waddle on!

My Penguin App Mobile Exclusives

Sorry for the bad picture quality, but it's better than no pictures at all :)
On the my penguin app, players can get mobile exclusive items! Here's what the mobile exclusives are...
They are pretty cool, and in the catalog there are a few old items from the past few months. If you've missed out on February and March's backgrounds, they're in this catalog!

My Penguin App

The pictures may not be the best of quality, as they were taken from the iPad, and then sent.
The My Penguin app is simply awesome! It's got a ton of cool features and I enjoy playing it every day! It is fantastic that it is free, and it tops Puffle Launch by far. I LOVE the mobile exclusive items, as it makes you feel special.
The games so far are pretty good. The only bad thing is there aren't as many games as possible, but as like all app, there will be many more updates so hopefully there will be the last Puffle Rescue level, and maybe astro barrier and Thin Ice!?! I just can't wait.

The new sushi game is excellent, especially because of the fact you win a large amount of coins and RARE items! I love the fact you can change your outfit anywhere, and hopefully soon, we will be able to change our igloos as well! Thanks Club Penguin for this EPIC app - I love playing it :D

In other news, I am quite busy so posting will not be as usual, but other than that, WADDLE ON :D or tap on, if you're reading this from the iPad ;) Now I can also post from my iPod, so it's much more convenient!

YUCK ~ Sushi?

Since the announcement of My Penguin, many of you have commented on something unusual in the screenshot. What is this plate of sushi for?!!

Is it to feed your Penguin? Or your Puffle? Or something else entirely?

Well the secret is finally out!! Sushi Drop is a brand new game that is exclusive to My Penguin. When you use the app by reading the blog, watching a video, or playing a game, you get rewarded with sushi. The more you use My Penguin, the more sushi you can collect.  Each piece of sushi gives you a turn in Sushi Drop. You can drop your sushi and nudge it by tapping to make bubbles in the water.

If you hit a fish on the way down, you earn coins. On the water's bottom, there are clams hungry to eat your sushi. (Wait, do clams eat sushi??!!) The bigger the clam, the bigger your reward.

You can earn coins and even items by playing, and the items you can win can are only available in Sushi Drop!! It's quick, fun, and a great way to earn rewards that you can use in Club Penguin!!

We can't wait for My Penguin to come out next week - May 9th - for iPad!! I know many of you are on iPhone, iPod Touch, or Android and we hope to get there one day soon.  We have lots of surprises for mobile this year in store and this is only the beginning!!!

Until next time....Waddle on!!

- The Club Penguin Team

To be honest with you, I hate sushi, Spike Hike. But not in the virtual world ;) I can't wait to get this awesome app on my iPad2! Remember - it's only available for iOS 5 plus and iPad2 and iPad mini! But what does Spike Hike mean when he says - this is the beginning?

Another My Penguin Sneak Peek

New App To Be Free ~ Out May 9th

If you're wondering when the new app is coming out, Spike Hike mentions on Twitter that it's only a few weeks away!

Plus, it's going to be free!
I seriously cannot wait for this new app ~ I'm going to be playing it all the time, especially as we can earn so many coins on it - I've seen the games, Puffle Rescue is on there and that gives you about 20,000 coins! :)

The My Penguin App

Hello Penguins!
I’ve had a secret that I’ve wanted to share this everyone for almost a year... Today I can finally share it with you!

I’m excited to tell you that our new iPad app is coming soon!

The first version of "My Penguin" will let you play some of your favorite mini-games, shop from the catalog, and change your Penguin's outfit . The app is totally connected to Club Penguin, so your Penguin, clothing and coins will be shared whether on mobile or the web.
That’s just the beginning, too… We'll be updating the app regularly and bringing more of the Club Penguin world to the app throughout the year!! Stay tuned to the blog for more news and updates on “My Penguin”!

My Penguin ~ June 2010-September 2010

June 2010 - EPF. I can remember receiving the postcard and running straight to the phoning facility. When I got there, wow. Field-Ops were soon to be built. It was such great fun - but not near as good as the PSA. In fact, the PSA was a million times better. The EPF never really had any fun missions like that - I really wanted the missions to come back - they did, later. The adventure party was also fun. Just alot different from the year before - it wasn't my kind of party that year.
July 2010 - Music Jam blew me away. Along with stamps, it was the best month (apart from January) yet in the year 2010! I eagerly tried to get all the stamps, but I was terrible at it. I had no famous penguins stamps, yet. Or anything! I can remember the sneak peeks on the What's New blog. The first one was the stealing crab from Aqua Grabber stamp. I thought it was Kluzty and something to do with Herbert coming back. But no, it was much more than that! I loved dancing in the Conga Line, although nobody danced with me, of course.
August 2010 - The Mountain Expedition was pretty boring. But that was only because I only spent a day on it. Yes, it was a very short party actually and being away on holiday with no wi-fi was no good at all. But I borrowed a laptop, and then spent an hour doing the expedition. Nothing really happened that month. Just a great summer holiday!
September 2010 - The fair, again. By now, it was getting a bit boring. And it would be, if the prizes weren't different. Just playing the same old games, trying to find Rockhopper. But the Puffle Circus was the best bit. I loved watching them all - back then there was no Brown Puffle, yet but that's another story.
And that truly is the end of my penguin's history. I hoped you enjoyed reading about my experiences in my first early years of Club Penguin. Thanks for reading!

My Penguin ~ January 2010-May 2010

January 2010 - The first time we had our expeditions in January. It was unexpected. Nobody had seen it coming. We were all getting on with our every day life when Rockhopper's puffle went missing. That was the worse. Knowing that Club Penguin were serious. Then, it was heard that Yarr had been found in the caves. I can remember on January 22nd or something heading into the caves, ready to take on whatever it was inside. IT WAS AMAZING! I loved that expedition, especially going underwater. The worst part was when we weren't allowed to go back into the caves. Now that made me upest!
February 2010 - The secrets of the Bamboo forest. That was very interesting, searching for the feather. I'd never seen a pin be hidden yet related to a stage play. Strange! When the puffle party began, I was ready. But I wasn't ready for an obstacle course! That was very unexpected, and I loved watching my puffle win every time.

March 2010 - Puffle Rescue. The return of the caves. It wasn't really as good as I thought. I hated Puffle Rescue. I could never get any of the stamps. Atleast the Penguin Play Awards cheered me up. I voted for Quest for the Golden Puffle again and again. It won again. I loved walking down the red carpet!
April 2010 - Yet another strange April. But this time it was even better. Club Penguin took away the fools, and added a community garden. That was very disappointing for the Mine, I felt. But it was also very exciting. Atleast fooling penguins wasn't what April was about that year.
May 2010 - The Knight's Quest 2! Not as good as the first, I have to say. But it was much scarier. Even though the dragon was a machine, I still loved pretending to fight it. But then, a new PSA mission arrived. I played it eagerly on the first day, trying to work out what to do and how to get through the deadly corn maze. When I finished it, I was shocked. I had just witnessed the end of the PSA. The PSA had been a whole chunk of my penguin life - taken away from me. And the Sports Shop. Now, it's just a tiny little shop and nobody cares about it.

My Penguin ~ October 2009-December 2009

October 2009 - Not my favourite month of the year, but still. The Halloween Party wasn't the best, but the slime was epic! I loved dressing up as a ghost, but Club Penguin was still progressing - parties weren't as good as now. The anniversary party was my second one, and it was awesome but nothing could of beaten the feeling on the 3rd Anniversary party! That was epic, especially the cake shaped gift shop!
November 2009 - Fire ninjas! That was amazing - getting the amulet. But it took me AGES to get the actual fire ninja suit. Yeah sure, I did go and buy a box of Card-Jitsu cards and used my golden card which gave me an extra item, but it was still hard.

December 2009 - Riding on Santa's Sleigh was awesome! As I entered the Dance Lounge, I was amazed by the workshop there. Then, lifting off into the air and delivering presents. AWESOME! Plus, I got tons of gifts for Christmas - club penguin ones, so then I was rich with coins. Best christmas ever!

My Penguin May 2009-September 2009

May 2009 - My second Medieval party! Instead of just having medival buildings, Club Penguin added a quest! It was awesome trying to complete it, it took my forever to get through the maze as I had no idea what the symbols actually meant. I didn't have any guides back then, all I played on was Club Penguin! My typing skills were improving back then - I had learnt where most of the letters were by then.
June 2009 - The adventure party! It was amazing, watching and waiting for Rockhopper to arrive! I grabbed all of his flowerplants and currently I am always watching them grow! The whole island was filled with plants - amazing!
July 2009 - My second Music Jam rocked, especially with the Penguin Band! I desperatly wanted to meet them, but I never actually did. I saw them at the Iceberg, but they weren't the real mascots. I can remember meeting Cadence on the server sleet at 8:00PM! I was meant to be asleep, but I was amazed when I was saying goodbye to my friends and suddenly she was there. I got her background, and there were tons of crowds. I loved meeting her!
August 2009 - Hoping for another water party, we ended up having a flying party! This was truly facinating, as I'd never seen Club Penguin go up in the air - in fact, nobody had! I loved the balloon ride and chatting to everyone as we flew to the Tallest Mountain. I found a jetpack - one of the best items that year and used the special dance tons.

September 2009 - The fair, again, was fabulous! I loved the prizes and the games once again. However, this month was one of the coolest. Club Penguin had added fire to the sky and it looked awesome! I can remember that it went on for about 2 weeks and by the end of it I was desperate for normal Club Penguin to come back. But I had no idea that fire ninjas were just around the corner. Nobody had any idea, until they began constructing something in the Ninja Hideout!

My Penguin - January 2009-April 2009

January 2009 - The month in Club Penguin where I couldn't remember anything. I didn't go on Club Penguin that month, for some strange reason - and I don't know why! All I can say is that I missed the Taco pin and some epic rare items from the fiesta. But I wouldn't of worn them anyway :) Not the best January I had - but after the next few years, all the January's were the best months I'd ever had! Read on to find out why...
February 2009 - Amazing! My first ever puffle party. I can remember that by now, I must of had lots and lots of puffles. But I'd also have lots and lots of postcards - from my puffles. They said that they had run away, and I was ok with that but not when my favourite puffle who had never ran away, ran away! But I got a new one and called him the exact same name "Special" because he was my first - the red colour. The puffle party was good, but not the best party. I got my own white puffle - I loved walking in each room filled with other puffles - it was like they had ruled the island, which they did in 2012, but that's another story!
March 2009 - Best month so far. The penguin play awards at the stage was epic. I loved voting. To be honest, I voted for the Golden Puffle (which won). The other reason it was so amazing, was meeting Aunt Arctic. I had no idea that she was the director. A very very generous penguin was standing at the stage, next to the backstage door shouting Aunt Arctic was in there. I didn't believe it, as you don't believe people who say that, but I walked in anyway. And she was there! Only members could go backstage, but I was one and there was barely any crowd which was so amazing - but back then, mascots weren't very popular. The other thing was that the EPF DS Game was released! I got that too, and completed all the levels. It was really hard for me, and one time I got stuck for like a week when all I had to do was click on something. The whole EPF thing was new to me, but I didn't get a chance to use the code and actually go into the the EPF Command Room on the actual club penguin game. That upset me!
April 2009 - Best April Fools party ever. I'll tell you why: There was also an easter egg hunt which was awesome. Plus, the boxes. Boxes had never been part of April Fool's day. But they were now. Throwing splat snowballs to create a picture, and even getting boxes for my igloo. I didn't actually have enough money back then. But I can remember at the very end of the party - I was in someones igloo and I clicked on the box with the swirly purple thing on it. I found myself in the Box Dimension - and I immediatly went to the Snow Forts and got my own. They're quite rare now, only arriving on a few occasions - you should be lucky if you have one!
To Be Continued...

My Penguin ~ October 2008-December 2008

October 2008 - My first Halloween party, my first anniversary party! I received a postcard from Club Penguin, telling me to come and visit the Town. When I got there, I was amazed! They'd decorated the whole town and the Coffee Shop. I can remember going into the Coffee Shop and finding the hat. I proudly put it on! The halloween party was also great - although there was nothing special apart from the Monster Maker, it was good fun :)
November 2008 - The first time ninjas were real. What an amazement! I can remember digging all the snow with my own snow shovel. Me and my sister saw the Sensei dig too. However, when you clicked on him it showed him in a brown coat looking down and his name was known as ?????? Card-Jitsu was amazing! Although I didn't master it straight away, I loved trying to become a ninja.
December 2008 - Donating coins for change. I didn't really have any coins at the time, but I still donated a few. There were no stamps to get for donating, so it didn't really bother me. I actually thought that the money we donated turned into real money, but no. It wasn't as simple as that! I can remember going down into Rockhopper's bedroom for the first time. That was amazing too :) 2008 was the best year of Club Penguin that I ever had. Even though it was very basic, it was still awesome!

My Penguin ~ May 2008-September 2008

Click here to view "My Penguin" which tells you all about my beginning.
May 2008 - My first party. Probably the reason why I like the Medieval party so much! Back then, it was really simple. I grabbed two of my rarest free items (The wizard's hat at the Lighthouse, and the Squire Tunic located at the Dock) Then there was the treetop forts, (one of my favourite party rooms) which is always still located at the Forest each year. I can remember the Switchbox 3000 being at the Mine, and you could control the dragon! That's pretty much all there was at the party, and you can see why I didn't have a membership...
June 2008 - Second party, first mission. I think you had to be about 30 days to become a PSA agent. Back then, the rules were different. I joined the PSA and completed the missions. They were really hard - I couldn't read as fast, and my sister ended up helping me with most of them. Then, my first new mission when Herbert created the earthquakes! That was great fun :) Then, I had fun in the water party and splashed about. That was also one of the best parties around, for me at least.
July 2008 - Third party, first membership. Yes, I got my membership in July 2008. It was brilliant being a member! But Club Penguin hadn't got all of this transforming stuff, and all these game levels, so it wasn't as much as a privilege to have one back then. I get my first t-shirts at the Music Jam. They were pretty simple, grey with Music Jam written on the front, and other music jam t-shirts. I can remember receiving my free blue bag that you can see the penguin wearing below. It was when we first got our Penguin Mail. I also started to decorate my igloo for the first time, baring in mind that I didn't have hardly any as much coins as I do now. That's because Club Penguin didn't have as much games, or stamps that double your coins.
August 2008 - Fourth party, first medal! The Olympics that year were held in Beijing. So, Club Penguin decided to have a triathlon, in the Penguin games! With this, you could receive a medal. I can remember you had to go all around the island, but I couldn't do it :) It was most likely really simple, but my sister ended up doing it for me. Remember, I was still learning about CP back then. I even got a ship igloo, however we couldn't save three igloos and I ended up changing it soon after. I can remember that I spent thousands of coins changing my igloo each week!
September 2008 - My first fair, Club Penguin's second fair. It was brilliant! I got some rare prizes, which now currently are not rare apart from the Tiara and the giant glasses (which don't look cool, by the way) I played my first fair games, and got loads of prizes! I can remember getting the candy apple, the lollipop, the teddy bear and the ping pong paddle. So many free things that didn't cost coins, but tickets!

Echo006's Beginning

Bubsey wanted to know more about me when I posted the bio, and here's just a little bit more...
It was April 2008. Let's go back 3 days before. I can't really remember exactly how many days had passed since my sister had joined Club Penguin, but we'll say three. Anyway, my sister found out because my two neighbours (brothers) had found it. Then she started playing it. The reason I can remember that she started playing it in April was because she has the swirly glasses. If I had joined sooner, I could of been much more rarer, but no. After she joined, I watched in amazement. Thus causing me to join Club Penguin, after the April Fool's party had ended. Before this, Rockhopper's ship had just crashed. Three months were spent reparing it, so it was nothing much that I missed out on. Now, you see the swirly glasses?
...Then it was all a blur. I grabbed my first pin at the mine shack. Back then, there was no community garden or recycling plant. Just a mine shack. There were no stamps. It was quite boring, except for the parties. You have to remember that I was only a non-member. But it didn't really matter apart from decorating my igloo and buying items for my penguin - I could still play all the game levels. It was endless fun. The start of my endless adventures were very hard to remember. I mean, I was only small back then and wasn't as clever on computers. I played most of the games, but then that was that. There was nothing much more to do until May, but that's part of my endless penguin story.

Echo006's Bio

This is just a little bit about my penguin and it's history :)
I first joined Club Penguin in April 2008. About 2 days after the April Fools Party finished. I only joined Club Penguin because my sister had just joined, so I decided to get my own account too. At the old Mine Shack (in the April Fools Party) penguins would have to connect the dots to create the mine and get a crayon pin. After the party ended, the crayon pin was added at the Mine Shack like a normal pin. Since then, I haven't stopped playing Club Penguin apart from January 2009 (where I missed the Fiesta Party and the Taco Pin) and some of the Summer months when I have been away on holiday. But even then, I always try to get on to Club Penguin. I got my first membership when Music Jam started in July 2008. I was so desperate to get all the cool member items from the merchandise stands at the iceberg. Ever since then, I have always played with membership apart from one time (for a day) when for some reason it just stopped. That day was great - I met another non-member named Echo007! I've had lots of different friends in my time on CP. In 2011 I was great friends with Waddle, Pingy and Brainy. That was hilarious! I first met Waddle in the great snow maze, when she was dressed as a boy. But then we all moved on, in our separate ways. I started blogging as I wanted to do something different. If I hadn't of started blogging, I might of quit CP! Now I've got lots of different friends. These are found through blogger, so without it, you might not be reading this now! About none of my friends have actually kept on going with me to where I am now. They all seemed to loose interest (now my Buddy list has a load of penguins who have left CP forever.) I've seen all the Club Penguin rooms go from old to new. One of my favourite rooms would have to be my igloo. My favourite minigame has to be Thin Ice. That game has been there ever since I started, and it's epic! My favourite item (one of the first) has to be my hoodies. They are just so simple, and I love wearing them with a scarf or a matching item. My favourite hair (I hope you could tell) is the one I always wear, the spiky hair! I don't really know the name of it, but I know that I unlocked it from the Treasure Book. I don't like wearing things everyone else has. I like to be original. I have lots of different "rare" items, but they always come back. There's only a few proper rare igloo items I have. The best now, has to be the self portrait of Rockhopper and Yarr. I don't think that item will return soon. It's hard dealing with change (especially on Club Penguin), and some friends don't like the new changes CP are making. However, life has loads of changes, but you've just got to adapt to them. CP has been with me for almost 5 years of my life. It has helped me in many ways - like learning how to type quicker (I only use two fingers, and at my school I'm the fastest of all of them!) My favourite Club Penguin party was most likely the original Music Jam. The new one featuring Rocky and CeCe just wasn't my thing. Club Penguin has changed from a small little island to a jam packed island full of millions of penguins. And I'm proud to be one of them. I've been blogging about CP for a year now, and I love it. Club Penguin is amazing and I've found so many friends, so many new things - it's wonderful!

Ready To Party!

Since Club Penguin stated in the Club Penguin Times that their annual anniversary party would start tomorrow, I've grabbed my party outfit! My Club Penguin hat represents CP, as does my Club Penguin Shirt :) The squid shows the creatures around Club Penguin, like puffles, fishes, ghosts and any other thing you may find on the island. The aqua boots represent the style of penguins ~ the catalogs and the fashion. The lantern is to help me find my way around in the dark storm...
...My pin shows of my first ever anniversary party and the lovely cake that arrives each year. My background is one that every player recieves and represents the new penguins joining the island. I wonder how the brand new redecorated Coffee Shop and Club Penguin Times Office will look like. There's going to be a new yearbook so get your glasses on ;) As you can see on the picture of my playercard ~ penguin's expressions are really dull and I can't wait to have new ones like in the Beta Test Server :)

My Halloween Adventure

Wow! I've just got back from an amazing adventure ~ and I've got a record of it. This'll make history in a few hundred years. I've been to a mansion (as you all know about) and haunted a few houses. Ghosts are flying everywhere and I'm exhausted. I think I'll make some more little pictures like this about the next few parties. Ghost on!
Remember that you can always click to enlarge a photo on my blog :)
