There's a message in the snow from the past! Looks like Gary will be taking us back in time to the prehistoric era. Check out those fashions in the Clothes shop, and get excited because on January 22nd, backyards are coming to Club Penguin! To read the first few parts of "Secrets Of The Wilderness" click here!

Club Penguin Holiday Party 2012

I'm having a short blog break for the first two or three days of December :) Life isn't always spent on the computer :) Anyway, nothing much will happen on the island between now and then ~ unless Herbert finds you!
If you log out of Club Penguin you will get this cool new logout screen! It features the ice monster from Club Penguin's latest song and it is freezing a puffle in a reindeer outfit who is making a new emote!
This picture shows tons of sneak peeks! We'll be able to freeze friends and most likely, have more new icons to make! I can't wait :)

Club Penguin Coins For Change 2012

Woah! It's the last day of November already :) That means ~ tommorow is December! Wow, 2012 has gone so fast, hasn't it? My first full year of blogging is almost over. Coins For Change is an annual party where penguins give their coins to worthy causes that need help such as: providing medical help, protecting the earth and building safe places. Penguins donate so many coins that you can't literally turn coins into real money. We earn coins by playing mini-games ~ that's not what happens in real life. So, Club Penguin splits up a million dollars by the things we have chosen that need more help or less help. I think we should split it equally, but then there would be no fun in donating your coins. Here's a sneak peek of the party from Polo:

...Looks like there is going to be some new emotes, maybe including cookies?

The Dark Night: The Blackout ~ Part 6

This is the conclusion to my latest story. Previously, I've time travelled to the year 2012 and I have to put a stop to Herbert before he destroys Club Penguin forever. To read the other parts of the story, click on the page (on the right hand side) named "How It All Began" This page features my three stories. One terrible, one long and one is this story. Scroll to the bottom of the page and start reading part 1 of this story :) Anyway, all good stories have to come to an end ~ this one is quite a cunning ending and without any explanation of what happened next...
Yes, the blackout has begun. Great. Temperatures are dropping like mad. Herbert has taken over the newspaper, the penguin style catalog, in fact ~ the whole island! Soon, we will all freeze to death. I don't think anyone really notices, but it's up to me to stop him. I have to start somewhere ~ I've been thinking and thinking for ages and now I've finally gathered out my plan. I have a large light source, and I've placed it here at the Mine Shack. It's well hidden and it'll blow with light in a few minutes. I'm waiting in a bush by Herbert's Lair when he notices the source of the light.
The thing is ~ he doesn't leave his lair. My plan has backfired! But his crabs open the doors and leave! Quick thinking ~ I put on my old crab disguise that Dot gave me back in Herbert's Revenge :) They don't notice me and I quickly sneak through the doors into Herbert's lair. It's boiling in here! There's lava to heat you up and if that isn't enough, there's loads of sunlight. What is wrong with this polar bear? No time to think. I've got to stop Herbert but I can't get past him ~ then I notice the ventilation system. I sneak through, and you'd never guess what happens next. I get stuck. It's that stupid crab costume. I'm crawling on my flippers now and I notice Herbert sneak beneath me. I push off my costume and crawl as fast as I can. I bet Herbert can hear me ~ atleast I have a teleportation device. I press a button and poof ~ back where I started, surrounded by lava. There's a ladder ~ I waddle down it and find myself surrounded by crabs.
Far too dark to see where I'm going. I can't see anything and I'm constantly tripping on rocks from the crumbling walls. While I'm stuck down here, it's getting colder up above ~ I bet the snow is in big heaps now. Now think again, I know that the solar laser is most likely right above my head. But Herbert's up there and I don't think he'll be that stupid to lock me up. Nobody else is helping me ~ but I have to find a way of sneaking out. Because I'm so small, I squeeze through the bars into the crab's cage. My eyes are adjusting to the darkness now. After all, there is no sunlight up above anyway. I find myself in a series of twists and tunnels. Which path should I take? Left or right? It's a hard decision. A life or death decision. I turn left and notice another vent ~ maybe I could squeeze through it! Yes, I do. It seems like I've gone in a great big circle. In fact, I'm at the source of the solar laser!

...Without thinking, I jump onto the machine and hold on tight. I climb up to the top, and point the laser in a different direction. It shoots away onto some glass and reflects back onto the mountain. There's going to be another avalanche! The sun has started glowing, but there's still loads of snow on the island. If it all comes tumbling down, we won't be able to find our way out of the snow! Too late for thinking now, this laser machine is about to blow up and an avalanche is about to start! I can't run through the lair ~ too late. I'll have to jump. I land in a forest and poof. I'm back in the year April 2008. I don't know whatever happens next ~ I guess I'll just have to wait four more years and find out if Club Penguin did explode. I bet I caused a lot of damage, but what I can't understand was how I got back into my year. Past, present or future? What was with that Shadow Ninja guy? There's lots of explaining to do ~ but I just simply can't find the answer!

The End...for now!

What really is annoying is that I never found out what that octopus did. I mean, seriously? An octopus. But strangely enough, last night ~ I had a dream. It was about the octopus. It was just a faint vision but I saw him. You'd never guess what powered that solar laser machine. Yeah ~ it was the octopus with the wig. But what would of happened too him when the machine blew up? I'll save it for another time :)

Club Herbert Times

Here's a half edition of Club Herbert Times. It seems as if Herbert forgot to finish writing the rest off, so a few members (including Aunt Arctic) stepped in and wrote up the finishing touches :)

The jokes are very clever and it's nice to know more about Herbert's thoughts ~ I don't think he'll be writing any more news from now on :)

First Aid Pin

A new pin has been hidden on the island :) It's called the First Aid Pin and it's hidden by Puffle Rescue at the mine. To get to the mine, enter through the mine shack by the Community Garden.
Or you can enter by using the ladder to get to the Underground Pool and then head right into the mines :) The pin isn't very creative this week ~ but I guess we're still recovering from the blackout.

Cool In The Cold ~ New Song!

Thanks to everyone who views my blog ~ we've reached 50,000 pageviews!
As always, Club Penguin creates a small video of part of their new song. So far, they've created 4 songs! This new song is called "Cool In The Cold" and relates to the winter season and Operation Blackout. The reason why it is so cold :)

Do you like the new video? I'm going to buy this song on itunes :)

Peek inside the future!

Soon to come on the Club Penguin island are two awesome things! One of them is room updates and Polo Field has shared two sneak peeks of the full Town and Plaza :) We saw smaller images of these when the video Polo and Moose worked on was released...
...I think that the sneak peek that Club Penguin showed us in the Awesome Official Guide Book will arrive in this new update. Can you see the notice board? Perhaps this is where the tour guide section and the fish water fountain will go. Notice the ice rink in the background! This transformation happened when the football pitch froze :) Check out the Plaza...
...Also, as Herbert exploded the VR room, we can't access any of the old PSA missions. The CP Team have come up with a solution to this by adding the missions to the Fun Stuff at the community :)
I'm really looking forward to the new updates :) As long as the island is still covered in snow...

Work done:)

Hey guys! Guess what? This blog is finally done (Woo Hoo)! After just TWO days I managed to create an stunning revamped theme! More fun and less professional than the other ones..really I see professional themes on CP blogs not fun and taking away the creativiness and fun! If you were a loyal reader to this blog you would have noticed yesterday that I accidentally took the WHOLE blog down just for something, im very sorry and that will not ever happen least I have a new theme;) Anyway forget about the navbar and some of the things I said, this blog is looking better than ever and it's even similar to my blog:p How are ya'll liking this theme? Is it better than the old one? What could it improve on? Is it too great? Leave your comments below:D And before I leave if you have a Twitter then you should TOTALLY follow @GrandeYoda , he's an AMAZING  designer that helped make the header..he created that stunning logo! As always warm wishes and cold wishes:]

P.S: This theme is also to celebrate new years coming in a month or so, a great year coming with a great theme! That rhymed, didn't it?

The Blackout ~ What Happened

The Blackout will be an important part of Club Penguin's history. As I was away, I haven't got many pictures of it or made any posts about it. Let's start with the basics...
The blackout has been planned for ages ~ yet I feel that there could of been a lot more to it however the art concepts must of taken ages to draw :) At first, everything was normal. Our first order (which came from the Director) was to access terminal 1. This is the message that he/she provided us with...

Day 1: We equip a Herbert or Kluzty disguise to pass the security cameras. Next, we crawl through the ventilation system and shut down terminal 1. The temperature is slowly dropping.
...On the 16th of November the Director gave us a new message. She or he told us that we had to shut down 4 more security terminals. We were only just getting started!
Day 2: We equip a grappling hook. We enter terminal 1. Next, we hook the lever on the door to terminal 2 and shut down the second terminal.
On the 18th of November Herbert captured Dot with the help of his crabs. We had to be careful and try to avoid them. Temperatures were getting colder ~ nothing could stand in our way.
Day 3: We equip a plasma laser. We enter security ternimal 2 and cut through the door and enter terminal 3. We shut down the next terminal and wait for more orders...
On the 20th of November, Rookie was captured. The temperatures were lower than ever before. There was hardly any time left ~ we were halfway there.
Day 4: We equip a deflection vest and head to Terminal 3. We slip past the laser defenses and enter terminal 4. Almost done!
On the 22nd of November, crabs ambush Jet Pack Guy. How will we make it? We kept on going...
Day 5: We equip the smoke goggles and walk through the smoke into Terminal 5. We steal some cream soda for Rockhopper and then shut down Terminal 5.

On the 24th of November, the Director was captured, but still hidden beneath her shadows. There was so much snow on the island that we were going to freeze to death. This was our last chance...
Day 6: We equip the anti-lava boots and walk over the lava and enter Herbert's Central Command Room. We shut down the solar laser and release our fellow agents. Sunlight shines, and the director reveals her identity.
The director is Aunt Arctic. Keep her secret well ~ the EPF shall soon rise. Though the road is long, we will survive. Sunlight poured through into Club Penguin and the snow gradually started to disappear. Then what happens? The new rooms came out and we all lived happily ever after :) But did we capture Herbert?
