Card-Jitsu Snow Beta Test Update

Hey penguins,
It's been a busy week here at Club Penguin, and we wanted to give you an update on the big Card-Jitsu Snow Beta Test!

We've received thousands of comments since the beta test launched last week. Thanks for sending in your comments and the bugs you've seen - keep it up!
Did you know that we track every bug we find? Bug tracking and bug squashing is a very important part of making a game! See the picture below? The red line is the number of bugs we wrote up for tracking, and the green line is the number of bugs we've squashed! Pretty cool, huh?

Here are a few of the bigger bugs that you've let us know about:
#1094 - Users seeing only background art in game if Snow player exits before loading screen
#1090 - Users are able to enter Bonus Round even if player is KO'd during game
#1042 - Music will occasionally double up in game - multiple tracks will play at once
#993 - Game occasionally "freezes" while playing - users must exit game
Great work, testers! Thanks for helping to make Club Penguin even better.
In other news... Many of you seem to be using older versions of web browsers like Internet Explorer. Make sure you have the latest version of your favorite web browser and the Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer to test Card-Jitsu Snow. And remember to ask for permission from your parent before you install anything!

BUGS Roundup!

You know that every time Club Penguin updates it comes along with updated bugs? I'm okay with that, because you know the game changes weekly and you know how hard it is to have MILLIONS of players in there...ANYWAY here's a roundup of the bugs:

! Hehe...Rockhopper cut over his eyebrow...I think he tried to shave LOL No, it's a art bug!

! Next...did Club Penguin randomly miss the Medieval Party so they brought their music? I don't think so.

Post 1055 ~ The Mystery Is Solved

To Disney175: We have found out why your name is really Aunt Arctic, and how to fix it...
Case Closed. We have found the mystery of the missing Aunt Arctic. Reports say that this penguin FRAMED the other three penguins to make it look like he was innocent. The real culprit is classified information. But, i'll let you into a secret. Aunt Arctic was taken yestarday, and found in her office and had remembered nothing. EPF Agents have reported that there's a "polar bear" on the loose. Be careful of him! Don't let him fool you ~ penguins have been given an apoligie and it turns out, that 102 penguins had Aunt Arctic's name, but where were their real names? That is very obvious, but the culprit has not been found however the names have been changed back. Reporter Echo is out :) Sorry for any misunderstanding but this polar bear is quite sneaky. Apparently, he did that so he could get ready to plan for something big without those "pesky penguins" and those "puffles" following him. However, research shows that it might not be a Polar Bear. Echo006 is trying to find out WHY this happened. Eventually, he discovered that if he clicked "Aunt Arctic" on his playercard, it wouldn't load. Then, when he clicked on another penguin on his buddy list, their name would come up as "Aunt Arctic!" Thanks Club BUG! I thought that something had gone wrong, oh well. I guess the case is closed. However, now there are only 101 penguins that have Aunt Arctic's name, because one penguin is missing from my friends list! There is the answer = The friends list does not work :) Does that mean that my friends will turn into Cadence and the Penguin Band?

Post 1049 ~ Field-Op #93

Field-Ops are awesome. Do them, get medals, get stamps, get money, get items, have fun. But missions are better, especially with Herbert. How about system defender? I haven't played that in a while... Maybe I should just find the Field-Op. I'm still looking. Oh well. No, wait, Gary hasn't even given me one. Ok, I'll just wait. Hey, does the Ultimate Jam Party ever end? When will the Penguin Style come out? Why won't the newspaper load? So many bugs! Now I'm stuck. I'll just have to logout. And I never completed the field-op. But I got my free 350 coins ;) Eh, I'll just watch some TV. Won't be long before Club Penguin explodes with bugs. Anyway, what was that job I had at the Pizza Parlor? Did I apply for it? Better hurry...

Non-Members can get the 1st Knights Quest Items!

Since the Medieval Party the Club Penguin Team made a bug on the 1st Knights Quest, I was ok with that since I PAID to unlock it on the Treasure Book, but recently yesterday the Club Penguin Team fixed that, now EVERYONE will be able to get that and act like it nothing happened! Now you can get the Black Knight Costume parts in Quest 1! One on the target hitting room...

Heroes Needed!

Well, this sign must be a bit strange! It says heroes are needed, I don't think they are! You can't even enter these quests so what's the point in putting a sign up?

Nobody can dare enter as there is another BUG! And none of us can complete the quest to defeat the new Dragon King as we cannot collect the three items we need thanks to the Map BUG!

Medieval Party BUGS

Finally, one of my favorite parties arrive and it is filled with BUGS! Let's see, there are a bunch of loading problems. You cannot access ANY of the Knights Quests. On the new Map, there is a bug where the items are flashing! This is just so annoying, I bet there are MILLIONS of more bugs to come! Club Penguin, fix this now, I am PAYING for membership. Here I am trying to login to Club Penguin, however loading does not seem to work...

Feeding Puffles BUG!

My friend, Penguiin23, was having problems with feeding his puffles. I decided to find out if this was true and how he could get more food. I used my test penguin, and tried to buy some apples, cheese, and cake but when I clicked the buy button and yes nothing happened and no coins were used. However, I could buy cookies and bubble gum!

Spy Phone Message from Gary

Although I am not getting any indication of any Spy Phone Message, I thought I might as well check as I have the no indication BUG! This has caused me not to blog about a message that was posted when the Puffle Party began! Club Penguin, please fix this indication bug as I had know idea of the message!

 "Herbert did not respond to our broadcast last week. We must wait for him to make the first move. There is not much else we can do."

 I'm sure there is atleast SOMETHING that we could try and do! Maybe forming a search party for him would be a good idea!

Giant Puffles have been spotted! These are actually penguins dressed up in costumes. PH and Rookie make an article in the Club Penguin Times and so much more!

Penguin Poll - Remix

Club Penguin are going to remix a song, you can vote on which one they will remix! I'd love to hear Flipper Jig remixed as I haven't heard it in ages!

Bugs and Loading

Currently, I cannot blog about anything on Club Penguin as I am stuck with that forever animated loading BUG! That is why I haven't got round to posting the Club Penguin Times, and other various things. Remember when Billybob told us in a blog post about faster loading, well he lied! Loading takes about a whole hour and I am not preperared to wait that amount of time! Sigh, I will refresh the page and try again! Sorry for any inconvience this has caused anyone, but I shouldn't be saying sorry, Club BUG should! I am PAYING to access a virtual world which will not even load. Funny, eh? And sorry for all the short posts without pictures, it is mainly because of BUGS and slow loading! So in the meantime, I've updated the Blog Theme with a whole new edition to dark colours!

Rockhopper's Quest Guide

Sorry this guide is a bit late, but Club Penguin gave me a ton of bugs causing me not to be able to post about it. Firstly, you will need to grab a hat and sign yourself up as a crew member at the Beach. Unfortunately, one of the bugs was that I could not pick up this hat!
