A Few Featured Igloos

Hey there Penguin Pals!

This month’s igloo nominations were the most colourful I’ve seen! For todays featured igloos blog, I found not three, but FOUR beautiful igloos that I just had to share with all my feathered friends! Check out all these puffle-tastic igloos below:

I stumbled upon Riyita’s igloo whilst online this week and was instantly impressed with the amount of detail and thought put into this lovely Puffle Day Care Centre. So bright and colourful, if I were a puffle, I’d want to visit all the time!

Sunshine6774 said: “I think Cutie24pie’s igloo should be featured, because it has an area for each different type of puffle and it even has room for a puffle walk way! Check it out!”

Katty017 said: “Hello CP, I hope you could look at my best friend’s igloo Narcissak99. It is really amazing with a puffle salon, chill out zone, puffle hanging lanterns, puffle music, disco floor and puffle feeding area! She has a great artistic flare!”

Sylvia35 said: "Cool igloos gyus! I think my friend Sylvie32 should be shown! It’s an epic igloo for puffles! It has puffle beds for all the puffles (20 different types- Sylvie32 is puffle-mad!) and puffle houses for all the puffles and all the puffles toys and a puffle cannon in the middle. It has a puffle bean bag (with the puffle pattern on- naturally) and 2 puffle chairs and some puffle guards at the entrance. You should seriously check it out! Sylvie32 doesn’t have many likes, because no one comes to her igloo. Anyone who goes there is guaranteed to like it. (Her clothes are also covered in puffles)."

I'd like to thank everyone for all the awesome nominations sent through this week! It’s really got me so excited and looking forward to the Puffle Party starting this week! Also, I thought I'd do things a little differently, so for next week I’d love to hear why you think your own igloo design (whatever it may be!) should be featured in our next blog. Let us know in the comments below and keep a look out for our next featured igloos blog- you’re igloo could be in it!

Fabulous Featured Igloos

Heya feathered friends!

Thanks for all the super exciting igloo nominations you sent in! I just loved this month’s theme of all things Hollywood and really enjoyed visiting these three very creative igloos I have to share with you today:

Sebapilka said: “EPIC igloos! My friend Angelika651 has an amazing igloo too! There is a HUGE screen with a basketball court inside! And in front of this screen is a lot of chairs. You can sit there and watch a basketball match with your best friends! Check it out and waddle on!”

Meepers427 said: “You guys should check out Miabella215’s igloo! Her igloo is so cool because it’s Downtown Hollywood! You can sit under umbrella tables, buy clothes, go to restaurants, drive around and party in the famous penguin club! But most of all, the igloo attracts many famous penguins! I LOVED her igloo! Waddle on CP!”

Peldrex said: “Hey Chattabox! There igloos are AWESOME!! For the Hollywood Party, I would like to nominate my friend Pelsi. She has three restaurants, but I think her Hollywood Restaurant is the best! It has a DJ Box and a classic piano for whichever type of music you like better. It is soo EPIC!! Waddle on, Peldrex.”

I just love visiting so many SPECTACULAR igloos each month, as it inspires me to do more with my own igloo hehe. The Puffle Party is right around the corner! If you happen to stumble across any puffle-tastic igloos, or even if you have a friend who already has an awesome puffle inspired igloo, be sure to let us know their penguin name and why you think they should be featured in the comments below.

Hi there penguin buddies!

This month’s igloo nominations were truly AMAZING! I’m just glad I was able to narrow down my list of favourites to the three wonderful Chinese New Year inspired igloos below:

"Clover7373 has an awesome Dojo igloo! It has a fire on the left, water on the right and snow in the middle! There are pillows at each so you can pretend to be Sensei of the element, but I prefer to be the fire ninja over water, or snow. Of course, I usually just visit to play card-jitsu on Clover7373’s card-jitsu mats. Waddle On!"

"Check out Hiccup659’s Chinese Restaurant igloo, or P197601441’s iggy, or Season124’s pop stage. Waddle On, Penny9265.”

"WHOA! These igloos are soooooo EPIC! And I do know a penguin (her name is Sikorka2000) that has a Chinese-like igloo. It is an igloo which looks like the Fire AND Water Dojos being COMBINED! Each of them has also a veryyy special mascot… Two of the THREE HYDRAS FROM THE MEDIEVAL PARTY OF COURSE! And like the Dojo, it is located on the Highest Mountain.”

Looking through all the nominations from this past month, I now feel inspired to do some redecorating myself! Seeing as the Hollywood Party is now in full swing, I was thinking it’d be great to see some Hollywood themed igloos! So if you know a friend who has a Hollywood inspired igloo filled with lots of glitz and glam, let us know their penguin name and why you think their igloo should be featured in the comments below. Check back to see which igloos we choose next!

1400th Post ~ Zowey's 3 TV Shows

After asking me, Zowey began to create her 3 TV Shows. First, Zowey created the news channel...

Then she created a movie. Not just any movie, but a scarty movie...

Last, but not least, she created a Grease/70's inspired film!

Zowey's igloos look fantastic! I love how she added a popcorn machine, and the giant TV remote as well as some sofas for people to watch. Well done :)

Echo006's Prehistoric Ship Igloo

Woah! Have you seen Perapin's awesome igloo and his awesome blog? Click here! Anyway, I was looking at Perapin's ship and I wondered if I could make something like it. It's the best creation I've ever seen :) Take a look at it below...

...I love this igloo! So much, I decided to create my own version, only copying the ship part of the igloo. I have created a ship, for two people on a holiday by a strange mysterious island! The island has animals, but it could have dinosaurs too :)

The water flow is strong here and I've added an extended part for the captain only :) Thanks so much Perapin for sharing your awesome igloo with us! You have a really good skill for decorating!
