Last week we asked, what is your favorite summer activity and why?
Aly71's answer is awesome! My favorite summer activity has to be surfing with my family, why you ask? Surfing brings my family together so we can have laughs and fun instead of fighting for the front seat in the car LOL!! So we have laughs by when i fall my brother laughs his heart away and fun by just seeing that huge wave coming for you and then you start paddling and jump up and then you feel the breeze in your hair and the thrill of balance so thats my activity!!!.

Puffle Digging

Next month, a brand new feature is coming to Club Penguin - Puffle Digging! Polo Field has some more information, with a short video clip!

Hello Penguins!

The team and I wanted to give you a little sneak peek of a brand new update coming to Club Penguin this week! Last week I gave you a sneak peek of some new Stamps coming to the island.

Here's a hint on how you'll earn them!

Now puffles will be able to dig up coins around the island! The team is also working on a huge update for next month where members with puffles will be able to dig up some RARE ITEMS! I don't want to say too much just yet, but I will say that there's a classic pair of glasses up for grabs that only your puffles will be able to find...

To earn scare points, you'll play a sneaky scaring mini game. And you'll want to use your loudest, scariest scare! Just be careful not to get scared in the process.
There will be items for everyone. And members will get to use their scare points to purchase even more monster wear!
As rival teams scare each other for the win, new costumes will be unlocked!

Last week we showed you the official trailer for the Disney/Pixar Monsters University Takeover! At Club Penguin's first ever Scare Games, you'll get to join a scare team - just like the ones in the Monsters University movie. Pick the one that suits your scare style and compete to win a scary awesome prize!
Here's the low-down on the four rival teams:

My 1# favourite subject is of course ART! I love art because you can just keep drawing and sketching and there's no right or wrong! Your an artist in many ways and art is fun! Every thing is art and it's just so fun creating master pieces and beautiful drawings! My art teacher always says " never give up everythings art''! That is why art is my favourtive subject!.

One of my fav part about card Jitsu is helping other penguins how to play if they just started the game. When my friend greengirl32 started, she told me she was having a hard time with the fire element so I helped her by playing card Jitsu fire with her. And then she was doing super duper well!! After I felt really well!!! Now I think helping other penguins are what true ninjas do!!

Earth Day Update

Here's what the CP team did for Earth Day, by Polo Field!

Remember a while ago, I asked what you thought the team should do in our community to celebrate Earth Day. Plant some trees? Clean up our local stream? Plant a garden for our local women's shelter?
So here's the update... we cleaned a stream!

Polo and Daffo's Quest Concludes

In the last episode, Polo and Daffo arrive at the Dojo, walk through a door and cross a bridge. THE END.

This episode is kind of a disappointment! It's not even a proper ending, but Club Penguin are just playing with us. And yet I ask the same question again, what is the black gem in the middle of the amulet?

...So there's even more proof that the hideout is going :D It's going to be one big dojo! Stay tuned for the final part...

What is to become of the hideout?

Polo Field has spoken the truth. The secret is out. No longer will there be a hideout. Ninjas do not require a hideout, as the dojo and the hideout will combine to make one ultimate dojo.
And here's the proof. First up, we've got Ninja's proof. If you look closely at the background, yoou'll see there's no hideout. The puffle statues have grown older, and there is a bridge from the dojo to the mountain where the Snow Dojo will be. The waterfall has been moved slightly closer to the Dojo. Inside the Dojo, there will most likely be three doors. One to the fire dojo, the other to the water dojo and the last to the new snow dojo.

If you're not completely sure about this, Polo Field will tell you it's true! At Field Friday Polo Field let the secret out, and told everyone in the room! Luckily, Andy caught a screenshot of this before it disappeared! So, here's more proof.

So, the dojo will be one giant dojo? It's a shame that we're going to loose the hideout. I like that room, but I guess this is the next step in our ninja journey. Thanks again Andybillson, Polo Field and Ninja (@ninjachat3 on twitter) for the photos above ;)

Polo Field ~ What's wrong?

Over the past few weeks, many things have been happening about Polo Field. Firstly, on the social networking site, twitter, he started to unfollow many penguins, reply to penguins then delete the tweet after and delete almost ALL his tweets! Apparently, he's being restricted, and isn't aloud to interact with us via social networking sites, only Club Penguin. Here's what he said about the twitter incident:

So today was… interesting. Apparently Twitter doesn’t appreciate it when you delete 20,000 tweets. I learned that the hard way when I had my Twitter account suspended today.
It was also a good reminder to be very careful about third-party applications. Think twice before using some app you know nothing about. Twitter allows third-party app development, but that doesn’t mean that every third-party app is automatically okay…
Anyways, I learned the hard way. I have a help desk ticket in with Twitter to look into the issue with the @polofield account.
Learn from my mistake. Don’t trust weird random Twitter apps without doing a bit of research first.
In the meantime, I am still available via @clubpenguin to share news and updates with the CP community.
I can reply to your comments if you submit them via the Club Penguin blog. The best way to connect about Club Penguin is through the official CP website.
My Polo blog here will eventually be shut down once we update the What’s New Blog to be even more awesome. The update last year was sort of a “half-way” update…
I can’t wait to share the HUGE blog update with everyone. It’s going to be so beautiful!!
Hope this helps clear things up a bit. I appreciate the concern from everyone in the community. I also truly appreciate the nice tweets from so many people.

Update: According to Twitter, the @polofield account was suspended for being an impersonator. LOL! Now that is funny.
So hopefully Twitter fixes the issue and the real Polo Field can return one day.
