Here is how to easily complete this Field-Op. In your first go, choose the same symbol each time. In your second go, choose a different symbol four times and the same until you have done that. Then you should be able to work out the combination. If you don't understand look at the picture below...
Well done, Agent. You've picked up an unusual signal... The message is blank, but it's definitely encrypted. Why would someone send a blank message? This is very strange. Stay on alert—this may be an important clue.
