Spy Phone Message from Jet Pack Guy

Playing with Dinosaurs at Dinosaur Island is really fun! I love the items at the shop, but look! A spy phone message! Who could it be from?
It's from Jet Pack Guy! Here's what he says:
"Man, I can't believe we still haven't heard from Herbert! You'd think he'd be bragging about how he got away. Where IS he?"
Hmm, I wonder where he could be too. Surely he would of turned up by now to ruin Club Penguin again, wouldn't he?
