Changing The Weather - Water Ninjas

The Card-Jitsu party may be gone, but Ninjas still have their power to change the Weather! Some penguins helped me at the dock...
 
...I wonder what will happen when Card-Jitsu Snow arrives... Will they be able to change the weather? Then we moved to the Iceberg and made some more clouds!
