How To Say Numbers On Club Penguin EXCLUSIVE

Have you ever wondered how to say numbers on cp? When Club Penguin updated the chat system they added some numbers for some phrases.
How to say "L1R". Just type in "LIR" it will come up with "L1R"!
I don't really see why "L1R" has been added as it isn't even a word!
